  IBM In Trouble After Cutting Staff Pays

IBM is facing possible industrial action after announcing a plan to cut the pay of 7600 computer technicians by 15 percent
A company spokesman said most of the employees, who are switching from a salary to an hourly pay basis from February 1, will not suffer an overall cut because they will work enough overtime to maintain previous levels.
