IT Giants Showcasing At PK Business Expo

By Sarah Falson | Monday | 2008-01-14

The PK Business Advantage PKBA Expo08, a multi-vendor, multi-city, event showcasing solutions from leading ICT vendors, has been confirmed for February and March, with individual showcase details for Adelaide, Melbourne, Townsville, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Hobart and Launceston to be confirmed.

"We expect this to be the most significant client focused ICT event in Australia for 2008," said PKBA sales director, Conrad Hilder.

"Regional centres rarely see major ICT events, which tend to be run by vendors for clients in major metropolitan areas. We're offering businesses right across the country a comprehensive, multi-vendor solutions update. Visitors can attend briefings, see live demonstrable solutions and discuss their business issues with our technical people. The event will be solution-focused and hands-on."

At Expo08, PK Business Advantage will showcase its full range of solutions, offering business government and not-for-profit organisations alike a first-hand view of the real advantages the current breed of technologies have to offer. In each venue, separate rolling technology briefings and live demonstrations will run over the two days. The expo format allows visitors to attend when they can and stay for as long as they please.

In addition to the latest products from major vendors like Microsoft, IBM, HP, Cisco and Lenovo, Expo08 will also showcase innovative Australian technologies from NetLeverage, Retriever Communications, Turbosoft Networks and Intelledox.

PK Business Advantage is negotiating special pricing with its technology and telecommunications partners, and national distributors.

The dates and venues for Expo08 will be announced before the end of January.

PKBA provide both metropolitan and regional businesses in Australia with access to computer technology, including IBM, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Lenovo and Symantec.
