Released at MILCIS 2008, the Military Communications and Information Systems Conference in Canberra, the ShieldPRO N22A is the latest addition to NEC's existing ruggedized notebook portfolio and expands its offering further into the industrial and military sectors.

NEC's Network and Service Infrastructure Group Manager, David Cooke said, "Building on NEC's rugged notebook and netbook line, the ShieldPRO N22A is designed to meet the demands of the mobile workforce, particularly in the military and industrial sectors.
