Although the new OS doesn't go on-sale until January 30, Pioneer Computers started taking orders for notebooks and PCs running it today.
The company has selected more than 10 models to ship with Vista already, mainly Intel models. Models from other manufacturers will follow suit shortly after Pioneer has sorted out Vista driver issues.
"(Microsoft's) upgrade to Vista campaign has generated a good response," Li says. "Customers will be delighted that the wait is finally over and Vista is here."
